The absence of a will might cause household dispute in the event of death of a family member.In the absence of a will one must ensure that all assets of the loved one is distributed in accordance to the law. Therefore, it is a gift for the law of adoption to a couple who desires the presence of a child but is yet to be blessed with one.

The law for adoption of children in Malaysia are governed under Adoption Act 1952 (for non-Muslims) or Registration of Adoptions Act 1952 (for Muslims). We are experienced in dealing with adoption cases and we provide services to assist the application for child adoption in court. The importance of seeking legal advice and engaging the right legal counsel will ensure the prospective parents are properly advised and guided throughout the adoption process.
